Again The militant Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has release beheaded video of  Steven Sotloff, who was an 31 year old american journalist. The beheaded video of the journalist was entitled “second message to America” .The unknown mask man showing his knife towards the camera told  “I’m back, Obama.”

This  is the second beheaded video released by ISIS. Previously 3 weeks ago they had released a beheaded video of American Journalist  James Folly. They had warned the USA to halt airstrikes in Iraq. They told they are paying for the attacks. 

Sotloff was kidnapped 4th of August  near Aleppo ,while passing the Syrian border from Turkey. Steven Sotloff was a traveler,freelancer and Journalist too.Sotloff spend his childhood in Miami, Florida.He has been graduated from  Kimball Union Academy in New Hampshire.Bachelor Sotloff decided to lay his  future in Egypt, Turkey, Libya and Bahrain as journalist. He had worked in many international publications including the America’s influential Time news magazine. 
He had also appeared on the famous US TV channels including CNN and Fox News during his career.
