A Memorandum of Understanding between Universal Peace Federation (UPF) Nepal and Universal Peace Federation (UPF) USA was signed today at the UPF USA’s office located at the New Yorker Hotel, New York, USA.

The MOU wishes to strengthen friendship, promotion exchanges, share knowledge and cooperation for mutual benefit of the federation’s both Nepal and USA chapter.

UPF is an international and interreligious network of individuals and organizations, including representatives from diverse sector dedicated to achieving world peace. It is an NGO in General Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. UPF support and promote the work of the United Nations and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

The MOU was signed by the UPF’s Nepal President Ek Nath Dhakal and UPF USA Chairman Dr. Michael Jenkins. “The MOU will bring people of the two friendly nations, Nepal and USA closer for the mutual benefit” said Santosh Paudel, Vice President of UPF Nepal who was also preset at the signing ceremony.
